META POLICIES/FAQ
It’s nothing personal, it’s just business. We have policies in place to protect our team and clients.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Meta has a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please do so using our online booking system at least 24 hours in advance. No shows/late cancels are responsible to pay in full for services booked. Please don’t make us. We cannot refund last-minute cancellations, nor can we convert them into a future use credit.
LATE POLICY: When you book with Meta Bodywork, you reserve a time booked specifically for you. Because we honor your time, your session will begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will receive the remaining available appointment time and will be charged in full. If you are over 20 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.

We only have street parking available. There are paid parking lots close to the studio listed below. Meta Bodywork is not affiliated with these lots and does not reimburse for parking.
